Hi friend,
Representatives in Congress are supposed to fight for the needs and interests of their constituents.
Apparently, Congressman Gabe Evans doesn’t understand the job description.
Evans voted for Trump’s $3.3 trillion "big, beautiful bill," which slashes healthcare, food aid, and essential services to fund a massive tax giveaway to the ultra-wealthy.
How will this affect Colorado’s 8th District?
This bill jeopardizes Medicaid, which nearly a third of CO-08 residents rely on for their healthcare needs.
It takes food off the table for those most in need, including about 30,000 households in our district that rely on SNAP to feed their families and children.
It removes federal matching funds for our rural hospitals and nursing homes, which could force many of them to close, leaving communities without essential health services.
It could cost our state up to $2.5 billion. That could mean statewide cuts to vital education programs and needed infrastructure improvements.
That is what Congressman Gabe Evans voted FOR.
Why? Because he’d rather avoid the heavy hands of President Trump and Republican leadership than stand up for the needs and interests of his own constituents.
Folks, this is one of the most competitive seats in the country, and one we know we can flip next November. We’re going to make sure Gabe Evans hears from us on Election Day—by voting him out of office.
We’ll need your support to defeat Gabe Evans and restore real leadership to CO-08. Can you contribute $25 or $15 today?
