Friend,
Seven years ago, 17 innocent lives were taken at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland. Families were left with heartbreak that words can scarcely describe, and our community was changed forever. As time passes, the pain and urgent need for action remain. The work to protect our nation’s children and educators is far from over.
My recent column in the Tampa Bay Times, “ Seven years after the Parkland school shooting, the work isn’t over [[link removed]] ,” reminds us that while progress has been made, our mission continues. The article highlights the ongoing challenges we face and the urgent need for action to prevent further families from suffering such unimaginable loss.
At Stand with Parkland, we are the parents and spouses of those murdered that terrible February day. We have turned our grief into action, advocating for real, practical reforms that make schools safer for every child and teacher. But we cannot do this alone.
Why Your Support Matters Now More Than Ever:
* School violence is still an epidemic. Each day, students, teachers, and families across America face uncertainty and fear.
* We need real change: Securing school perimeters, implementing effective support for students in crisis, and pragmatic reforms for responsible firearm ownership are all essential steps.
* Your donation fuels action : Every dollar helps us advocate for smart policy, support affected families, and drive the change our schools so desperately need.
How You Can Help:
* Make a one-time or monthly donation to Stand with Parkland. [[link removed]]

We have seen what happens when communities come together—millions have marched, spoken out, and demanded change. But the mission is not over. As the recent article makes clear, the need for action remains urgent. With your help, we can honor those we lost by making sure no other family experiences this pain again.
Please, stand with us. Donate today and help us create a future where every child is safe at school. [[link removed]]
With hope and determination,
Tony Montalto
PS— Your contribution is more than a donation, it is a commitment to end the epidemic of violence in America’s schools. Thank you for standing with us.
