Fundraising often slows down during what we call the ‘summer slump,’ and
so far this summer is no exception.
While we saw grassroots donations pick up at the end of last quarter,
we’ve seen a drop-off this month, and if we don’t turn things around, it
could force Demand Justice PAC to cut back on our budget and plans for the
remainder of the year.

With our fundamental rights at stake, the upcoming midterm elections just
around the corner, and the Trump administration threatening the very core
of our democracy as we speak, we simply can’t afford to let that happen.
To pick up the pace, we’ve set a mid-month fundraising goal of reaching
$15,000 by 11:59 pm tomorrow — that will put us back on track for July.

But if we don’t meet our goal, serious cuts may have to be made.
