Greetings 1776 Freedom Fighters,
Welcome to Forever Free Wellness!
We’ve traveled many miles and years together across this great country and for many of you, across the communist State of California. Thanks for all the support and love towards me and my family!
Now we embark on a new age and journey Together!
One that is about our health!! How can we save a country if we can’t save and preserve our #1 asset, our HEALTH?
The answer is simple….WE CAN’T.
My wife, Dr. Tania Williams and I have assembled some of the brightest and smartest people on our team to educate and empower you and your family to make positive and permanent changes to your life. We plan on giving you monthly lifestyle tips and hacks that you can implement NOW.
You’ll hear from Functional Medicine experts like my lovely wife Dr. Tania Williams, and our mentor Dr. Ron Sinagra.
You’ll learn about how to quiet your mind and relax your soul, while communicating with your loved ones more effectively!
How you might ask? Well, we even have a Functional Psycho Therapist on our team, my dear friend and soon to be Doctor himself, Rudy innocent.
There will be recipes available, stretching and workout tips monthly as we dive into removing chemical, physical, and emotional stresses.
Our goal is not to be another email you get that takes forever to read, but rather an email that you can get in and out of from a newsletter perspective in less than five minutes.
We will have short three minute videos and easy tips and hacks and then if you want more, you will be directed to our website or individual platforms where you can seek more information.
I hope you were empowered by this newsletter and you can expect another one in two weeks. God bless you and again thank you for your support.
Let’s get healthy together and continue to save our mission to SAVE OUR Republic.

Want a quick grab and go breakfast idea?
Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and can help with weight loss, cardiovascular health, can improve digestion and help lower cholesterol.
Here’s the recipe I use
(makes 4 servings):
* 1/2 cup organic coconut milk
* 1/2 tsp Organic vanilla extract
* 1 Tbs Chia seeds
* Organic maple syrup to taste
1. Mix these ingredients into four separate glasses
2. Cover each one with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Can also make in 8 oz mason jars 🫙
3. Top with fresh berries or topping of choice! 🍓🥥🫐

It’s an undeniable truth: the world’s currents profoundly impact our inner landscapes. We are living through a period where current events, with their rapid shifts and profound implications, consistently raise questions about the future. This inherent uncertainty often manifests as a pervasive, lingering stressor, whether we consciously acknowledge it or not. We're often expected to maintain a facade of normalcy, to go about our daily lives as if everything is perfectly fine, yet the reality is often far from it. It's crucial to address this disconnect because as we traverse the myriad stressors embedded within our lives—stressors that frequently impact us in ways we can barely articulate—we must confront their effects on us, and, most importantly, we must genuinely explore our true feelings.
** Cultivating Presence: Stepping Back to Reconnect
------------------------------------------------------------
Throughout your day, whenever possible, take a deliberate step back to observe the world you inhabit. Acknowledge that things are not always okay. Yet, conversely, also recognize and appreciate the moments when things are genuinely good. This dual awareness is vital, especially now, more than ever. It's an opportune time to reflect on your current position in life and on the collective state of society as a whole. Times are unequivocally changing. There will be moments of profound questioning—moments when you doubt whether your current path is the right one, or when you sense a powerful urge for a significant shift in your life.
To genuinely examine and answer these profound questions, engage in deep self-reflection. Reflect on your true feelings. Acknowledge that you might not be feeling the way you truly desire to feel. Recognize that lingering uncertainty and discomfort that has been bothering you. And, even more importantly, give space to the ideas and concepts you’re trying to articulate, even if the words haven't fully formed yet. These internal signals are clear indications that the shifting global landscape is indeed having a profound impact on your personal well-being. It erodes our comfort in situations where we once felt secure. This makes it even more crucial to reassess and remind ourselves of the foundational elements that truly ground us.
