Earlier this year we counted on 700,000 loyal CitizenGOers to help us create a media firestorm over Disney’s blatant support of the LGBT lobby’s anti-family agenda.
I’m asking for your kind and bold support once again.
This time, the latest entertainment outlet to lend their support to LGBT activists is the popular PBS kids show Sesame Street who has posted in support of “Pride Month” on their official social media accounts.
On the 17th of June, they posted on their official Facebook page “Love always wins. #PrideMonth”
The post featured character’s hands from the show reaching into a central rainbow coloured heart symbolising solidarity with the LGBT community.
And on the 11th of June, the show posted “On our street, we accept all, we love all, and we respect all. Happy #PrideMonth!”
The post was accompanied by another similar illustration, this time of Sesame Street characters holding hands in a recreation of the six-striped Pride flag.
It is clear that Sesame Street is trying to indoctrinate its fans - many of which are young children - with regressive and toxic views of sexuality.
This is not the first time that Sesame Street has pandered to the forceful voices of the LGBT lobby, even if it pretends its characters are neutral.
Earlier this year, it was announced that Grammy award-winning actor and LGBT activist Billy Porter would wear a dress on an upcoming episode of “Sesame Street.” This resulted in a social media firestorm of outrage at Porter’s blatant agenda.
Former “Sesame Street” writer Mark Saltzman revealed in a 2018 interview that Bert and Ernie are a couple and based their interactions off of his own real-life homosexual experiences. Curiously, Sesame Workshop quickly denied the pair are a homosexual couple, saying they have no sexual orientation are only best friends.
In 2017, Sesame Street tweeted an image of Elmo alongside other colourful Muppet characters arranged in the colours of the LGBT community’s “rainbow”.
“Sesame Street is proud to support families of all shapes, sizes, and colors,” the tweet read, alongside a love heart emoji.
Also in 2017, the show’s song called “Anyone Can Play” attempted to quash “gender norms” with the lyrics “some boys like to play dolls” while showing the popular male character Grover sporting a purple dress.
In 2014, a pro-gay marriage Bert and Ernie cake ordered in Northern Ireland sparked controversy after the owners of Ashers Bakers refused to fulfill the order citing Christian beliefs. The Supreme Court ruled in the bakery’s favour in October 2018.
Following the successful 2013 Supreme Court decision to strike down the Defense of Marriage Act, the New Yorker unveiled cover art featuring Bert and Ernie cuddling on a couch, watching the “victory” on television.
And for decades, many have speculated Bert and Ernie are in a relationship, with executives cryptic about the characters’ sexuality.
Despite the enigmatic signals Sesame Street has sent to its fans for years, there is no denying that there is a dangerous agenda hidden behind its colourful characters.
Sesame Street’s executives may think it is okay to continue pushing the agenda of radical LGBT activists on our children and grandchildren but their viability as an ongoing televised show only continues thanks to the viewership of many families - like yours and mine - around the globe.
If you don’t take action today, I’m afraid we will continue seeing LGBT militants marching on towards their goal - unresisted - to pollute classic childhood, family-oriented entertainment with confusing and sinister agendas.
We refuse to have our voices ignored nor will we stand silently while activists with perverse agendas continue to mount assaults on our kids’ fundamental right to family-friendly content.
P.S. We’re counting on you to help us turn up the heat on Sesame Street like never before. The strength of our campaign is only backed by the strong, unwavering support of faithful CitizenGOers like you.
