We know all too well now that Donald Trump has no shame when it comes to trampling on the Constitution.
In just the last couple months, his administration has:
- Shared Americans’ private health data with ICE
- Orchestrated cruel ICE raids that jeopardize public safety
- Wrongfully detained countless US citizens
- Conducted unconstitutional stops without legal justification
Nobody is above the law—including those who enforce it. Trump loves to throw the word “illegal” around, but again and again, it’s his own administration that’s behaving illegally. That’s why I’m suing him.
I’ve joined attorneys general across the country in lawsuits to halt Trump’s illegal and unconstitutional orders, including his efforts to weaponize ICE. We’re asking the court to bring an end to the Trump administration’s repeated violations of the Constitution and civil rights.
