Hey John,
Just a quick heads-up from Team McGhie: our mid-month fundraising deadline is tonight, and we still have a ways to go.
We’re up against a slow summer stretch, and if we fall behind now, it’ll be twice as hard to catch up later. That’s why Troy sent you an email earlier about his strategy to meet his goal.
Unlike Nicole Malliotakis, Troy’s campaign isn’t funded by super-wealthy donors, DC elites, and MAGA politicians.
If you missed his note, we’ve dropped it below. It’s well worth a read. It’s real, it’s personal, and he tells how his summer is vastly different from Nicole's.
If yoIf you’re ready, chip in now to help us close the gap before midnight >>
Thank you,
Team McGhie

John, we’re at the halfway mark this month. Just like halftime in a game, this is when we regroup, refocus, and push harder. Because the second half is where it’s won or lost.
Right now, we’re behind on our mid-month fundraising target. And I’m not going to sugarcoat it. Summer is tough. People are checked out, fundraising slows down, and candidates like me have to fight twice as hard to stay in the game.
While my opponent’s donors still take her call when they are on fancy vacations, I’ll be here in Staten Island and Southern Brooklyn talking to the people who stayed.
I’ve been fighting my whole life. I fought to get through college as a first-generation student. I fought to create opportunities for my students and my neighbors. And now I’m fighting to flip a seat that Trump and Democrats have won recently, and give this district the leadership it deserves.
If you're with me, I need your help now more than ever. Can you pitch in $25 today?
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your secure donation will go through immediately.
Thank you,
Troy McGhie
