With your help, the Center for American Liberty just filed a critical brief in our landmark Regino v. Staley case.

Because we refuse to allow government bureaucrats to strip parents of their rights to raise their kids as they see fit.

As you may remember, our lawsuit is fighting to stop California’s totally unconstitutional “Parental Secrecy Policy” that keeps parents in the dark regarding their children’s mental health.

Under this Parental Secrecy Policy, the Chico Unified School District “socially transitioned” a vulnerable 11-year-old girl and then hid it from the girl’s mother Aurora Regino.

The school gave this 5th grade girl a boy’s name, boy pronouns, and a male identity at school…

…without even calling the girl’s mom!

Which is why the Center for American Liberty is fighting the school district in court.  

But Chico Unified School District doesn’t want to face the consequences of its actions.

Instead, they’ve tried to dismiss our lawsuit.

That’s why we’ve filed this critical legal brief reaffirming:

This policy isn’t just unconstitutional...it’s dangerous.

And we won’t back down until the “Parental Secrecy Policy” is permanently stopped.
