“Disagreeing” with Florida’s abortion ban doesn’t reopen clinics or protect doctors.

Abortion is a top issue in Florida and a cornerstone of the Democratic platform. If David Jolly wants to lead, he needs to give us more than some spin - he needs to tell us exactly what actions he will take to get us out from under this horrible abortion ban.

David Jolly wants to lead Florida Democrats - but when it comes to protecting our reproductive freedom, he’s got nothing but empty lines for the cameras.

Sure, he says he “disagrees” with Florida’s barbaric abortion ban. Good for him. But words don’t keep clinics open. Words don’t protect doctors from prosecution. Words don’t help women forced to flee their own state just to get basic care.

While David Jolly has the luxury of spouting vague talking points, Florida women are living a nightmare:

🔴 Abortion is banned after six weeks - before most women even know they’re pregnant.
🔴 Patients must travel hundreds of miles out of state, if they can afford it.
🔴 Doctors risk jail time just for doing their jobs.
🔴 Republicans are now pushing national abortion bans and defunding providers through Medicaid restrictions - using the same blueprint Jolly once bragged about writing.

We. Need. A. Plan.

We don’t need a figurehead. We need a fighter with a real plan and the guts to act on it.
