I’ll be honest with you: It’s a frustrating time in Congress. The Republican majority just passed a budget that prioritizes wealthy donors and corporations, while putting the burden squarely on the backs of seniors, veterans, women, children, and working families.

Standing up to Donald Trump and his Republican cronies is a team effort. And in Congress, my team needs support. Will you help defend my colleagues' vulnerable seats in Congress so I can continue fighting back against Trump’s extreme, anti-democratic agenda?

House Speaker Mike Johnson has already said he would go on the offensive to expand his narrow majority in the House. That’s why we must start now to take back our power.

Think of the damage the Trump administration has been able to do with the slight majority Republicans have in Congress. If that expands, they will be able to ignore dissent from the (already small) moderate wing of their party and ram through the most extreme version of their agenda.
