I have some great news to report. . .

You may already know your Campaign for Liberty has been integral to advancing state-level Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) ban legislation across the country.

The U.S. House of Representatives may have a vote as early as tomorrow on legislation to prohibit the Federal Reserve from implementing a CBDC nationally!

The bill, H.R. 1919, the “CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act,” would:

>> Prohibit the Federal Reserve from issuing CBDCs or anything substantially similar, under any other name or label, directly to an individual;

>> Prohibit the Fed from indirectly issuing a CBDC;

>> Prohibit the Fed from using a CBDC for monetary policy;

>> Prohibit the Board of Governors of the Fed from issuing a CBDC;

>> And it includes clear language that this does not apply to open, permissionless, private currencies (i.e. crypto).
The bill could come to the House floor tomorrow, so please call your representative now and tell him or her to support it.

Call your representative at (202) 224-3121 and tell him or her to vote YES on H.R. 1919, the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act!

You don’t need to give a complicated argument; just tell them to vote for the bill and defend your freedom and privacy. Here is a simple script.

Hi, this is [your name] from [your city]. I’m calling to tell the representative to vote YES on H.R. 1919, to prohibit a Central Bank Digital Currency.

Americans do not need and do not want a Central Bank Digital Currency. It’s being pushed on us because it could become an instrument of public control.

Besides, the Federal Reserve isn’t authorized to issue a digital currency anyway. But we need to strengthen that protection. Please tell the representative to vote YES on H.R. 1919, the CBDC Anti Surveillance State Act.
We’ve fought hard to get this far toward stopping the Central Bank Digital Currency.

For months and months, you’ve sent petitions, postcards, and other directives to lawmakers.

Plus, this is another piece of legislation that strikes at the root of America’s problems – the Federal Reserve – and brings us one step closer to auditing – and ending – the Fed once and for all.

Now, this bill is on the House floor at last.

Call your representative at (202) 224-3121 and let’s make sure it passes the House!
