PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Guess Who's 85?

Dear John,

You know how much I love The Beatles.

It’s really hard to believe that Ringo Starr, the famed drummer for The Beatles, just turned 85. Where does time go?

To celebrate he wrote, “Monday, July 7th is my birthday and as always, we will be promoting Peace & Love. It’s so great how this keeps growing - we are in 38 countries!!! And we can’t forget the guys in the spaceship! I am sending special thanks to all the Peace & Love Ambassadors for all they do in each of their countries. So see you on Monday and remember all you have to do to participate is post, say or even just think Peace & Love at noon your local time.”

What a great message, Ringo.

Not unlike his message, here at ARPF, we have a special message for you, too. We are still committed to preventing this terrible, mind-robbing disease from ruining untold numbers of individuals and families. Prevention is still your best bet to eradicate Alzheimer’s, and the 4 Pillars of Alzheimer’s Prevention are easy to implement and have no side effects.

Pillar 1: Diet and Supplements

Pillar 2: Stress Management

Pillar 3: Physical and Mental Exercise

Pillar 4: Spiritual Fitness, which includes inner peace, universal love, and light. The outcome is that you become your authentic and best self.

The summer is the perfect time to implement your own personal program, let me know how you are doing!

Sending Peace and Love to all.

Happy Birthday, Ringo! All you need is love.

Yours in Brain Health,

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D.

President / Medical Director

Calling all brain health professionals! We are excited to announce a brand new initiative. This workshop is designed to equip you with the skills to collect detailed data, measure the impact of lifestyle medicine on brain health and healthy aging, and lay the groundwork for publication. Don't miss this opportunity to turn your valuable experience into credible, publishable insights.

DONOR SPOTLIGHT

The Silver Fox Classic Golf Outing

We are deeply thankful to be the beneficiary of the Silver Fox Classic Golf Outing. It’s a day dedicated to Ron Schulberger, who was highly respected and loved by his community. Every year golfers come out for a great day of fun, remembrance, and to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s prevention. ARPF is proud to honor Ron’s legacy and be a voice for those afflicted by this terrible disease. Thank you to The Schulbergers, organizers, volunteers, golfers, and donors who came out to be a part of the day.

BRAIN LONGEVITY SPECIALIST SPOTLIGHT

Zoei Zhang, RYT, BLS

In Singapore, a quiet but powerful movement for brain health is taking root, championed by dedicated individuals like Zoei Zhang, RYT, BLS (pictured above, with her students).

Zoei is collaborating with Dementia Singapore, a government-supported non-profit, and is in discussions with the Singapore Red Cross, all to integrate Brain Longevity practices into wider community outreach. Zoei’s BLTT-inspired workshops have resonated powerfully, particularly with caregivers. Participants have found the sessions not only informative but also comforting, offering a moment of respite. This invaluable sense of community and emotional support has been a major benefit, providing a much-needed space for individuals in similar situations to connect without isolation. Read More.

IN MEMORIAM

Rev. Christopher "Guru Karam" Gallagher, RYT, BLS

Our hearts are saddened to announce the passing of our dear friend, volunteer, member, and supporter of ARPF for many years, Rev. Christopher Gallagher. Christopher's legacy is one of unwavering service, profound love, and a commitment to living fully and authentically. He taught by example to do your best, and when you know better, do better. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends. He will be missed dearly.
