This is the closest we've ever been, and there have been some major developments in the case.

President Trump's bill defunding Planned Parenthood was blocked by a far-Left judge. Now the judge has withdrawn and reissued the TRO in a legal shell game to continue giving Planned Parenthood $2 million a day in taxpayer funding.

We just filed our brief, and the court accepted it on Friday. Now there is a critical hearing in JUST 3 DAYS.
