President Trump’s “big, beautiful bill” is set to cut $1 trillion in Medicaid spending over the next decade. Our latest report shows what it could mean for Pittsburgh and the quarter million Allegheny County residents who use the health insurance program.

Many details are still unknown about the consequences of new work requirements and other parts of the bill. “That’s what keeps me up at night,” said John English, a retired Medicaid recipient and Homestead resident.
