Last week wasn’t a great one at the Supreme Court.

They handed down two major decisions that betrayed their commitment to the rule of law and exemplify the total overreach of judicial authority. 

Most recently, they delivered a blow to the rule of law in striking down the Trump Administration’s lawful action to end the Obama Administration’s unconstitutional DACA program. 

This decision erodes the rule of law, promotes amnesty, and will lead to MORE illegal immigration - this should concern ALL Americans.

Fellow Conservative, DACA was created AGAINST the will of the American people. Congress refused to pass an amnesty package because the majority of Americans are opposed. So, President Obama illegally decided to stop enforcing our immigration laws, unilaterally created the DACA program, and granted amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants.

President Trump promised to end the unconstitutional action when he ran for President, and in 2016, his Administration took swift legal action to end the program once he was sworn in.

But judicial activists have blocked the action in courts ever since. These activist judges feel empowered to legislate from the bench whenever they see Congress failing to tackle the tough issues and pass legislation themselves.

The solution is to grow our grassroots network of activists and pressure Congress to legislate and work with President Trump to enforce our laws.

We’ve supported President Trump’s efforts to uphold our immigration laws and we’ve succeeded in defeating multiple amnesty proposals in Congress. But Congress has failed to work with President Trump and give him the resources needed to secure our border.

As part of our Project 2020, we’re going door-to-door to talk about immigration and we’ve already recruited and begun training an additional 1,881 Sentinel activists to help hold Congress accountable.
