With this year’s legislative session ending, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for supporting Opportunity Arizona. Whether you showed up at the Capitol, emailed your lawmaker, or attended one of our events, thank you for being a part of our mission.

Opportunity Arizona couldn't do it without you. Our team takes your priorities seriously. That’s why we advocated for bills that would have lowered the cost of housing, healthcare, and prescription drugs at the legislature. 

Check out what else we accomplished together this legislative session:

• 27 committee testimonies where we either advocated for legislation to lower costs or opposed legislation that would have harmed hardworking Arizonans.

• 8 successful bill vetoes, one of these being the infamous tax cut for private jet owners.

• 4 protests attended where we tabled or marched for a better state and country.

• 1 press conference where we amplified the Affordability Agenda and pressured Republicans to put forward bills that will lower costs.

• 567 event sign-ups that led to our town hall, phone banks, canvassing, and showing up at the Capitol for a committee or protest.
