Dairy Modernization Grant Office Hours: July 17 and 30
Dairy processors can now apply for the Dairy Processor Modernization Grant, offered through the Northeast Dairy Business Innovation Center. NE-DBIC will be offering office hours sessions at the following times:
- Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 12:00 to 1:00 pm ET.
- Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at 12:00 to 1:00 pm ET.
These are opportunities to ask questions and consult with the grant program manager before the deadline.
The office hours will be held on Microsoft Teams. Details are on the NE-DBIC website.
The grant funding will allow dairy processors to purchase specialized equipment to expand capacity, boost efficiency, lower energy consumption, improve existing products, and create new, high-value dairy products for the region.
Applications will be open through August 14, 2025.
Awards will range from $15,000 to $250,000, with a 25% match commitment required.
Grants are available to dairy processors and to dairy brands working with co-packing processors in 11 Northeast states, including Maine.
Hosted by the Vermont Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets, NE-DBIC is funded through the USDA-AMS.
