Governor Kelly Proclaims
Panasonic Day in Kansas

TOPEKA* – Governor Laura Kelly on Monday proclaimed Panasonic Day across the State of Kansas in honor of the grand opening of Panasonic Energy’s state-of-the-art electric vehicle battery plant in De Soto, Kansas. The facility, which is the largest private business investment in Kansas history, will bring up to 4,000 jobs and an estimated $2.5 billion in new economic activity in Kansas annually.
