That's why the Kansas Democrats are committed to constantly learning from our experiences, hearing about the experiences of others, and developing flexible, common-sense plans that help us grow our grassroots coalition to win elections.
Here are just a few of the ways we've reorganized our party to do just that:
🧑🏫 We recruit, train, and provide additional support for candidates! We had more than 130 state and federal candidates run last cycle, we held multiple trainings on voter outreach, data, messaging, and fundraising for campaigns.
📝 We redefine our platform every four years (with our next iteration coming this year!), to ensure our organization is flexible enough to meet each moment.
🎉 In addition to our annual state gatherings to bolster involvement, get feedback, and foster a sense of community among Democrats, we are taking our message in person to Democrats across the state from Overland Park to Oakley and Pittsburg to Dodge City!
