Giving Day Match Launch

DOUBLE YOUR GIFT

July 2024 was Earth's warmest month on record, following a stretch of 13 record-hot months in a row, John.1

And if we sit back and let the fossil fuel industry and greedy governments destroy our planet, this is the future we can expect:

More record-breaking heat, more wildfires, more climate disasters.

But if we come together, we can build another future:

One where we STOP breaking records for the hottest month on Earth year after year, and every next July is less destructive because our climate movement has successfully defeated the fossil fuel industry.

That's why this July 18, our movement is counting on your support for our 350.org Giving Day, John. And in honor of this day, a generous donor has offered $75,000 in matching funds — that means every single donation goes TWICE AS FAR for the planet.

Can you make your first online contribution to 350.org today and make Giving Day 2025 the moment we turn things around for our planet? Every donation will be MATCHED!

$10 BECOMES $20

$35 BECOMES $70

$50 BECOMES $100

$100 BECOMES $200

DONATE ANOTHER AMOUNT

Your 2025 Giving Day contribution will support one of our biggest campaigns ever:

On July 21-23, we're planning the inauguration of the People's Embassy in Belém — a powerful movement space bringing together Indigenous Peoples and Traditional communities. The People's Embassy is a space created together with partners like Amazon Working Group, Coordination of Indigenous Organizations of the Brazilian Amazon, Instituto Climainfo and Global Gas and Oil Network. It functions as our center for strategy, solidarity, and resistance — and it's where we'll plan for a phase out of fossil fuels and push for a just, community-led renewable energy transition ahead of COP30 in Brazil.

This isn't just symbolic. Last month, the Brazilian government auctioned off massive new oil and gas blocks across the Amazon, threatening some of the most biodiverse ecosystems on the planet and violating the rights of local communities.2

But we have a plan. With your support, we'll make the People's Embassy a powerful frontline for resistance — amplifying Amazonian voices, exposing fossil fuel expansion, and demanding a future powered by people, not pollution.

If we all come together, we can make our campaigns in Brazil a turning point — building unstoppable momentum to pressure governments at COP30 to commit to a fossil fuel phase-out, and deliver energy justice to communities who need it most.

Switching to renewable energy is the ONLY way we are going to stop the climate crisis from getting worse — but we cannot do it without your support:

Can you make a donation to support our 350 Giving Day? Together, we can stop the auctioning off of the Amazon and follow Indigenous Peoples' demands for community-owned renewable energy. DOUBLE your impact for the climate by making a contribution today.

The fossil fuel industry thinks it can wreck our planet without resistance — but they're wrong. Together, we can fight back and chart a path to a truly just energy transition.

Let's stop breaking heat records — and start breaking records for building resilient, renewable energy systems that center people and protect the planet. Communities, ecosystems, and wildlife can thrive again — but only if we act now.

This is how we protect our planet from the climate crisis. Thank you for helping make our work possible.

In solidarity,
