Now, the legal foundation that propped it up is collapsing.

Congress removed the NFA’s $200 tax on suppressors and short-barreled rifles to $0, ending the one excuse the courts used to uphold it. Unfortunately, Congress failed to gut the unconstitutional registration requirements.
