Friend, what do all the dots on the map below have
in common?

Each one marks a park, trail, playground, or wild place protected by
the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF)-America's most
effective tool for expanding outdoor access.

For over 55 years, LWCF has helped safeguard millions of acres
nationwide. But the administration's proposed 2026 budget would
gut LWCF funding-derailing urgent land protection and undoing
decades of progress.

Take a look-can you spot your state or community? Imagine what
could be lost if we don't take action now.

TAKE ACTION NOW

Trust for Public Land has helped communities in every state use LWCF
to create and protect the places that matter most-from ball
fields and neighborhood parks to national forests and wildlife
refuges.

Funded by offshore oil and gas fees-not taxes-LWCF turns
extraction into conservation. It costs nothing to taxpayers but
benefits everyone. Chances are, it's helped protect a place you
know and love.

The bottom line? The Land and Water Conservation Fund is essential to
protecting land and creating parks.

If Congress moves forward with these cuts, it could stall or halt
critical conservation projects across the country. But together, we
can stop this.

Tell Congress: Protect LWCF. Oppose these cuts today!
