When planes crash, the National Transportation Safety Board investigates the accident so we can learn, adapt, and innovate.
I believe we need something similar in the U.S. for weather disasters in order to lower risk to life and property for the next “unfathomable” storm.
Going forward, I have a bold new plan to ensure this tragedy doesn’t happen again.
But science, safety, and putting you first isn’t what Trump or his yes-men in Congress want. That’s why the national Republicans are poised to pour thousands of special interest dollars into this race to silence our voices.
What happens here has national implications. Not only does winning here go a long way to flipping the House back, but we can actually rebuild a Congress that believes in science and your well-being.
This is officially one of the most consequential races in the country for our future, which makes every single supporter make that much bigger of a difference. If you can, watch my interview then chip in a donation of $3 today.
