I’ll be honest, Gac: I’m fed up.

I’m fed up with Donald Trump nominating unqualified yes-men to serve in senior positions affecting our military and national security.

And I’m fed up with those nominees coming blatantly unprepared before the U.S. Senate.

If you’re fed up too, please chip in to support my work defending our military, Veterans, and national security in the U.S. Senate.

Otherwise, let me explain.

This week, I called out Trump’s nominee for the Ambassador of Singapore for being completely unqualified for his posting.

He didn’t even do his homework before the hearing. He couldn’t answer my very basic questions about the job he was applying for.

Just like with Pete Hegseth, Trump is putting favor over merit in these mission-critical positions.

Our national security requires more qualifications than simply kissing up to a wannabe dictator like Donald Trump.

This isn’t even a partisan issue. These nominees can’t do the work that this country needs.

That’s why I’m laser-focused on holding the Trump administration accountable to keeping our heroes and our country safe.

None of my work is possible without your support. I’m counting on you to help me hit my fundraising goals, so I can continue advocating for qualified experts to lead our national security. Not unqualified yes-men.

So I’m humbly asking: Please donate to support my work in the Senate holding the Trump administration accountable. I understand that not everyone can afford to chip in, but if you can, it would make a big difference.

Thank you for your support. Especially today.
