Folks, House Republicans just passed one of the most horrifying pieces of legislation I’ve ever seen — ripping health care and food away from millions of Americans in need.

And to my Republican colleagues who helped pass that bill into law, there’s been one question on my mind: If you’re not here to serve your constituents — then why are you here?

It’s clear they’re working harder for billionaires than for the people who actually sent them here, and that they’ve abandoned their oaths of office in exchange for a quick buck.

It’s despicable. And I’m committed to ensuring each and every one of them loses their seat for what they’ve done.

But I need your help to get the job done. So please, if you’re able, I’m asking you from the bottom of my heart to split a donation of any amount — $10, $15, $25, or more — with my campaign and iVote Fund to defeat these sellout Republicans and restore real leadership to Congress. >> [[link removed]]

I ran for Congress to improve the lives of the people I grew up with in Dallas.

I ran to protect our democracy, safeguard the rule of law, build a fairer economy, and fight for equality.

But it seems these Republicans ran for office for no reason other than to enrich themselves and their billionaire buddies. And it’s time for them to go.

Chip in a split donation any amount ASAP if you’re with me, and let’s get to work fixing what the Republicans broke. >> [[link removed]]

Thank you,

Jasmine

iVote was created in 2014 with one goal: secure voting rights for all Americans.

Rather than take on challenges in the court after unfair laws have passed, iVote plays defense on voter suppression efforts AND goes on offense to secure and expand access to voting.

Going on offense is critical. We have the chance to elect Secretaries of State that will protect our elections for years to come. But Republicans are already suppressing and blocking certain citizens from exercising their fundamental right to vote.

We need a massive coalition to register new voters and protect our right to vote in this election and beyond.

We know you get a lot of emails, but it's only because this fight is so important. We need you to stick with us long term. But if you must go, you can unsubscribe.
