Democracy Needs Us
New American Leaders The Tea Webinar

It's been a big month for our movement, John.

From protests to celebrations and everything in between, people like us have witnessed and made history over the last few weeks. As leaders in our movement for justice and collective liberation, we know how important it is to come together and reflect on these milestones, listen to one another, and see just how much closer we've come to creating a democracy that includes and values every one of us.

On Wednesday, June 24th at 3PM ET, we're excited to gather as a NAL family to recognize these achievements and discover the opportunities that lie ahead. During #ReadyToLead and #ReadyToLove: Political Power at the Intersection of Queerness, Color, and Immigrationwe will take time to share our stories as New Americans, people of color, and LGBTQ+ Americans and discuss how our movement can continue the fight for equal rights and protections for all

We are proud to be joined by Danielle Moodie, host of the radio show #WokeAF and co-host of the podcast democracy-ish; California State Assemblymember Evan Low; and Mario Enríquez, Director of Domestic Programs at our partner, the Victory Institute.

Make sure you don't miss this opportunity to be in community with your NAL family and learn how we can unite to strengthen our movement for justice. RSVP now to join us on Wednesday!

Hope to see you there,
