ICYMI: The Trump-backed tax bill includes a dangerous provision that bans
Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood for an entire year, which could
force about 200 affiliated clinics to close nationwide.^1
This isn’t just a budget detail — it’s a deliberate attack on reproductive
freedom, targeting millions of people, especially in underserved
communities who rely on Planned Parenthood for essential care.
This is how the far right governs: Through bans and authoritarian power
grabs. It’s all part of Trump’s broader plan to roll back our rights and
consolidate power — and we will not let it happen.
Here’s the good news: After Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit, a federal
judge has temporarily frozen the funding ban — a win, for now.^2 But we
know how this works. Republicans won’t stop, and neither will we.
We’re building progressive power at every level, and that takes all of us.
The Squad has never backed down from a fight like this, and we won’t start
now. That’s why we’re coming to you today:

Any contributor may designate their contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant.
