Join us for our June meeting tonight, Tuesday, June 23 at 7 PM via Zoom! The meeting will feature special guests Freeholder candidates Cary Amaro ([link removed]) and Charlie Baranski. ([link removed]) Cary is an accountant and controller who is running to ensure that Morris County tax dollars are well spent. Charlie is a young Democrat who is running for Freeholder to present a vision for progressive leadership at the county level. Sign up in advance of the meeting here. ([link removed])
At the Tuesday meeting, we’ll begin by approving theminutes from our May meeting. ([link removed]) We’ll also discuss the upcoming MCYD E-Board elections, ask for suggestions regarding financial literacy program, and discuss MCYD’s role in advancing policy proposals.
As an update, we hosted the first in our Financial Literacy Series last week. We discussed how to understand your financial picture and build a budget.
