We have a critical election happening this year in Virginia. 

Republican AG Jason Miyares is running for reelection — which means we’re going all-out to defeat him. Here’s why: 

• He’s a far-right MAGA extremist who continually puts party politics above the people of Virginia. 
• He’s done nothing to stop Trump’s blatant violations of the law that have harmed Virginians and he has no interest in the well-being of the Commonwealth. 
• He has a long anti-abortion record, including endorsing Gov. Younkin’s failed abortion ban.  
• He brought baseless corruption charges against an election worker – following in Trump’s footsteps –  to further his own political agenda.

On the other hand, we have Jay Jones, Democratic nominee for Virginia AG. Jay is an accomplished litigator who has spent his career as a public servant dedicated to protecting families and consumers. As a Virginia House of Delegates member, he worked to protect abortion and reproductive rights, expand Medicaid, and give teachers annual pay raises.
