Recently, the Supreme Court voted to limit nationwide injunctions. This is a constitutional crisis unfolding in real time, and I'll tell you why.

Before I explain, I need to ask you directly: Will you chip in $10 now to protect NC-02 and lay the groundwork to take back the House next year? The fight to protect our democracy hinges on Democrats flipping the House in 2026.

A nationwide injunction is a crucial tool for protecting Americans from presidential abuse of power. It can put a pause on any law, regulation, or policy from taking effect while it's being litigated in court.

It's been used to:

• Halt Trump's unconstitutional birthright citizenship Executive Order,
• Stop the illegal mass firings of federal employees,
• Prevent Elon Musk from accessing sensitive government data,

…and more.

With this ruling, the Supreme Court just handed Trump a free pass to violate the Constitution by removing the emergency brakes.

But here's the thing — lawmakers can and should protect the courts' use of nationwide injunctions by passing legislation to codify their use by district courts.
