PLS – a joint leadership program among the presidential centers of George W. Bush, William J. Clinton, George H.W. Bush, and Lyndon B. Johnson – is celebrating a decade of impact this year. The 10th cohort graduated in June, bringing the number of alumni to nearly 600 nationwide. David J. Kramer, Executive Director of the Bush Institute, and Stephanie S.
