UPDATED: Pharmacy Claims Guidance For Refill Too Soon Rejections Related To Hill Country Flooding
On Friday, July 4, 2025, severe flooding impacted communities in the Texas Hill Country. The Vendor Drug Program provided pharmacy claims guidance [ [link removed] ] related to refill too soon rejections.
Pharmacies can call the Texas Medicaid Pharmacy and Technical Call Center at 800-435-4165, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Central Time) for questions about fee-for-service claims, or use our MCO Search [ [link removed] ] to find contact information for each MCO.
