Team, we all get tired of the jargon and inside baseball speak that is the result of decisions like Citizens United. Decisions that took power from voters and gave it to big-money interests. Dark money this, super PAC that - these are terms billionaire donors and the consultants they pay have forced upon those who simply want public servants who put working people first. We can't lose sight of what really matters.
We know what is most important to our communities, and I've been fighting for the same things since day one:
- Lower healthcare and prescription drug costs
- Protecting Social Security and Medicare
- Stronger environmental protections
- An economy that finally works for workers
- More jobs, more benefits, and lower costs
