Last week, Donald Trump signed into law his trash budget bill that will strip 14 MILLION Americans of healthcare and put millions of people at risk of losing their SNAP benefits.

And it’s all to pay for tax handouts for the richest people who have ever lived.

This will cause irreparable harm to Oregonians and people across the country. That’s why I voted against it — along with every single one of my Democratic colleagues in Washington. And with a majority of voters also OPPOSING this trash bill, it’s clear that our fight is far from over.

Right now, it’s critical that we continue to stand up to Trump and his Republican allies and fight for real change — like lowering the cost of living and working to make life easier for working families.

The best way we can keep up that fight is by ensuring Democrats have what it takes to flip the House blue next year — and that starts with defending the most vulnerable Democratic-held seats like this one.
