Today, Trump visits Texas, where stricken communities are reeling after devastating flash floods last weekend took the lives of more than 120 people, including dozens of children.

As hard as recovery will be for these communities, Trump has said he plans to 'phase out' FEMA, which will make recovery much harder for other communities in the future.

FEMA is the agency millions of people rely on to survive, rebuild, and find hope amidst the wreckage after hurricanes, wildfires, tornadoes, earthquakes, and floods.
