We are still buzzing with excitement from our 4th all it takes is ONE ACT play festival at Playwrights Horizons, featuring the three winning plays from our annual playwriting contest about reproductive justice: Getting Attached by A.M. Palson (First Place), All the Things She Never Said by Sophie Goldstein (Second Place), and Safe House by Kendall Grenolds (Third Place.) 

Claire Karpen’s illuminating direction brought these moving and entertaining stories to life with a fantastic cast including Isa Arraiza, b, Anthony Crane, Florencia

Lozano, Maria-Christina Oliveras, Emma Pfitzer Price, Gabriela Torres, Daniel Velez, and Hennessy Winkler. And Trae Banuelos-Rovaris facilitated a thoughtful and engaging post-show talkback with the playwrights about their creative process and the importance of making art about reproductive justice in this moment. 

100% of the proceeds from the night’s event will support A is For’s Beneficiaries Program, which provides financial assistance each month to an abortion access or reproductive justice organization working to make real change in their communities.
