Dear Stakeholders:

Thanks for your patience as we transition from the old case management system to the Board Appeals Management System (BAMS). It's been three weeks, but we're seeing improvements every day.  Our filing portal, calendars, and other functions have returned to normal.  Still, you may notice a few changes.  For example, the layout on our home page related to filing has changed.  We think it's better and hope you find it a positive change. 

But some changes have also caused frustration.  For example, some of our orders may arrive a bit more slowly.  Still others have already communicated questions about our mail process and why some information no longer appears on our mailings.   Although our system is working, some parts are still undergoing adjustments.  We are working to resolve the concerns.  If you notice any anomalies, let us know.

Finally, I want to say thanks. During our first week, we had difficulty with the filing portal with CRSA filings.  We reached out to those facing difficulty and accepted refilings by email.  Our portal is now working for all types of filing.
