 Australians are doing it tough. Food prices are up. Rents and mortgages are squeezing families. Health care is harder to afford. And every single one of these cost increases can be traced back to Labor’s policies. They caused it. No one else.
Now, just as households are at breaking point, the economic hit is about to get worse.

The United States is preparing to slap huge tariffs on Australian exports as high as 200 per cent. That’s not a rumour. That’s straight from the White House. These tariffs will gut our export potential and cost Aussie jobs across key industries.

The US is no minor trade partner. It’s our fifth biggest export market and our second largest source of imported goods. If we can’t protect that relationship, we are in real trouble.



Recently, the UK Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, secured major tariff reductions with the US. He acted quickly and got a deal done. Meanwhile, Albanese and Kevin Rudd have done absolutely nothing.

Rudd, now our ambassador in Washington, can’t even get a proper meeting with the President. And Albanese? He’d rather play politics and posture against Trump than protect Australian jobs. He is sly, and thinks aggressively doing nothing wins him votes.

Across the political divide, even Labor’s critics want to see the PM act like an adult and get serious with America. But Albanese is too arrogant to take offers for help. He thinks poking Trump will win him votes. It might get a cheer from X, but it won’t help when the tariffs kick in and local industries are crippled.

One Nation offers a mature, patriotic alternative. We’ve proven we can engage diplomatically with world leaders. We’ve already secured media coverage showing our ability to open doors that Labor has slammed shut. We don’t insult foreign leaders, then act surprised when they won’t return our calls.

Running a country like Australia, the world’s 13th largest economy, takes more than slogans. It takes discipline and being across details. It takes leadership. And it takes someone who puts the national interest ahead of their own political ideology.

Labor won’t do it. They’ve failed to even try.

One Nation will always put Australia first.
