Urgent update here for you, folks:
1️⃣ Trump just signed the Republican budget, which rips health care away from 17 million Americans to fund tax breaks for the ultra-rich.
2️⃣ Before the vote, GOP politicians quietly dumped stocks to protect their own bottom line.
3️⃣ Then those stocks tanked – just like they knew they would.
If it wasn’t already obvious that the GOP only cares about lining their own pockets and helping their rich buddies, this seals the deal.
NO ONE serving in Congress should be able to cash in on insider info.
The solution is clear. If we want to stop this madness, we need to ban Congressional stock trading.
