Dear John,
The Trump Administration has taken decisive action to stop purchases of U.S. farmland by the Chinese Communist Party. Secretaries Brooke Rollins, Kristi Noem, and Pete Hegseth, and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi have come together to protect food, farm, and national security. For years, I’ve been supportive of banning China’s purchases of American farmland and I am grateful the Trump Administration is addressing this.

The Chinese Communist Party is constantly looking for ways to undermine the United States and our national security interests. China already owns a concerning amount of farmland in the United States, and much of that land is near our military bases, posing a significant threat to U.S. national security.
