“Kennedy Withdraws U.S. Funding Pledge to International Vaccine Agency”
- New York Times

john –

Recently, Kim stood up to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. in a committee hearing and denounced his anti-vaccine agenda. She did so because across our country, we’re seeing cases of measles and other eradicated diseases on the rise.

These are cases that could have been prevented. Yet, more and more parents are choosing to not vaccinate their children because of the anti-vaccine propaganda RFK Jr. is pushing.

To make matters worse, RFK is now pulling funds that the United States pledged to the international vaccine agency Gavi. Here’s why this should concern you:

Gavi helps distribute vaccines to hard to reach places, and is responsible for inoculating 1.1 billion children since its inception in 2000. By helping expand the number of children vaccinated across the globe, we are protecting our own citizens from becoming ill from travel or interaction with citizens in other countries. That protection is now under threat.

America is losing its footing on being a leader in science and health, simply because Trump hired someone to lead the HHS who believes in conspiracy theories. We’re lucky to live at a time when many Americans don't remember what it was like before we had vaccines. We can’t go back to these dark times. Vaccines save lives. We have the science, so let's use it to protect our children.

Add your name: Stand with Dr. Kim Schrier against RFK Jr.’s dangerous anti-vaccine agenda. Demand the Trump administration stop following conspiracy theories and start protecting our kids from deadly diseases, like measles. >> [link removed]
