Sometimes we get people asking us why we even bother confronting Republican politicians like this. The answer is simple: they want to hide what they’re doing so Americans don’t realize how badly they’re screwing us over.

We’re not going to let them hide from what they’ve done. Millions of people saw their callousness on social media.

The Republican Party knows what they’re doing. They’re selling our right to a livable future so that Big Oil will bankroll their unpopular policies.

Nobody wants their pollution. Nobody wants their more expensive energy bills. Nobody wants them to destroy our futures. But they have millions of dollars to buy out politicians and buy out elections, and so they think it doesn’t matter what everybody else wants. They’re wrong.

We should be furious. Instead, so many of us feel exhausted and hopeless. But here’s a secret. We don't have to feel that way.

Authoritarians, at their core, are weak, and we’re going to exploit that weakness to beat them.
