John, did you see this news coming out of Virginia:

Lt. Governor Winsome Earle-Sears is officially the Republican nominee for Governor. And she’s backed by anti-LGBTQ+ extremists who believe AIDS is a “divine punishment” and want to erase the hard-fought progress we’ve made in advancing LGBTQ+ rights.
If we lose even just a couple of seats in the House of Delegates, Republicans will seize the majority — and their extremist agenda could get a green light if Sears is elected to the governor’s mansion.
Right now, Sister District and our communities of thousands of volunteers are working hard to bolster our candidates’ campaigns and boost turnout for Democrats up and down the ballot. In fact, we’re one of the only national progressive organizations reaching voters in key districts this early.
This is how we defend — and expand — the razor-thin Democratic majority in the House of Delegates. It's how we stop Winsome Earle-Sears and win a blue trifecta this November. It's how we protect progress and how we build lasting power.
