On Tuesday, Mike Pence told Americans not to buy any of the stories they’ve been hearing about the administration’s failed pandemic response or a potential second wave of COVID-19 in a Wall Street Journal op-ed: “The truth is, whatever the media says, our whole-of-America approach has been a success.”
Elizabeth Warren wasn’t having any of it.
The Senator from Massachusetts continued to hammer Pence’s dangerous hypocrisy on Twitter, demanding a plan from the White House in case of a potential second wave and calling for an investigation into the “delays, incompetence, confusion, & ethics concerns” that have accompanied the Trump administration’s crisis response.
