Hello from the Shahid Buttar campaign,

Americans across the country are choosing candidates who align with their values over candidates with corporate interests. We need Shahid to join the progressive squad in Congress along with candidates like Jamaal Bowman and Charles Booker who are surging in polls this week. This is the only way we can bring our progressive values to the national stage and put an end to the economic fallout caused by the pandemic.

With a second outbreak imminent as cities re-open, Americans urgently need access to universal health care irrespective of employment status. Shahid will fight for Medicare for All in Congress so that everyday Americans can recover from COVID-19 without medical debt. Black and Latinx communities most impacted by the pandemic are facing financial devastation in the absence of universal healthcare, so now more than ever, we need Shahid in Congress to join progressive lawmakers to put an end to this. Shahid’s opponent is vehemently against Medicare for All, putting lives in danger and putting millions in the cold economically. To energize voters, we need your help to spread the word about Shahid to voters in San Francisco. We have set up an impressive digital phone-banking program to reach out to voters. The only way we can pull this off is to have our supporters around the country join us in reaching out to voters with us by phone.

Can we count on you to get trained to join our calling team? It takes just 20 minutes and any one volunteer could be decisive in these crucial next few weeks!
