Recently, reporters asked Attorney General Mayes about ICE agents wearing masks to hide their identities. She said she spoke to ICE about it, and they claimed it was their "policy." Well, Attorney General Mayes responded by saying, "That's bullsh*t."
Even though President Trump is acting like a dictator, Attorney General Mayes is not backing down. She is calling them out on their BS and will continue to do so.
She’s going to bat for our state and community—Arizona—while facing an autocratic Trump administration.
That takes courage, and we applaud her for that.
Would you believe a leader like her only won by 280 votes in 2022? When you see how she’s governing today, that number feels unbelievable.
Attorney General Mayes is acting like a true leader and is setting an example for how Democrats should stand up to the Donald Trump regime. It is essential that we reelect her in 2026.
If we lose this seat, we could be handing Arizona’s top law enforcement office to a MAGA loyalist for the final two years of Trump's presidency. And, if that happens, all bets are off for our country and our communities.
We must hold the line. Again , she only won by 280 votes in 2022. So if we want to ensure her re-election, all hands must be on deck—especially right here in Maricopa County , where over 64% of registered voters live.
