Last week, while we geared up to vote on the One Big Beautiful Scam, I had a very clear message for Republicans:

“Don’t tell me you give a sh— about the middle class when all you’re doing is sh—ing on the middle class.”

Some of my colleagues were taken aback by my language.

You know what takes me aback? How they’re knowingly voting for a bill that will kick 1.5 million New Yorkers off their healthcare, cut critical funding for rural hospitals, and take food off the tables of hardworking families.

So yeah, I’m going to call them out for it. Because when Upstate New York is at stake, silence isn’t an option. I’ll never back down from that fight.
