Team, Tomorrow is Election Day. Have you voted? Do you have a plan to get to the polls?
Thank you for everything you’ve done to get us this far — because of you we are in as strong a position as any to win on June 23rd, but we aren’t taking anything for granted. So please, make a plan to vote →
If you have an absentee ballot but have not returned it, you can drop it in any mailbox today. Ballots postmarked by today will be accepted – you do NOT have to go to your polling place as well. Please double check your polling place and make a plan to vote tomorrow. Are you bringing your friends or family with you? Do your co-workers and neighbors know there is a primary election tomorrow? Do your part to get-out-the-vote! Because of COVID-19, I encourage everyone to be patient and careful in order to ensure the safety of all voters and volunteers at the polling locations. Please wear a mask at all times while inside or in line and keep a 6-foot distance between yourself and other voters. Thank you for creating a voting plan and doing your civic duty. I can’t wait to see all the “I Voted” stickers worn with pride across Brooklyn and on social media tomorrow. -- Yvette
