Back in February, the CDC quietly removed seventeen long-time vaccine advisors from a federal panel. At the time, it raised serious questions about whether politics was interfering with public health.

Now those former advisors are suing. According to their legal filing, they were pushed out for resisting political pressure, specifically, pressure to weaken vaccine recommendations and make them more aligned with the views of the current administration.
