Right now, in communities across the U.S., masked ICE agents are detaining people without warrants, without due process, and without identifying themselves. They’re just grabbing folks off the street like it’s a dystopian movie.

We will not tolerate secret police forces in America. Not under any administration. Not now, not ever.
Some brave leaders in California are stepping up and introducing legislation that would ban law enforcement officers from covering their faces and force ICE agents to wear visible identification during arrests. It’s a simple principle: If you have the power to detain someone, you should have the guts to show your badge.
